Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (low fat)
- 6 flour tortillas
- 3 chopped roma tomatoes
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
Directions:
- Place tortillas on microwavable plate or paper towel and microwave 10-15 seconds
- Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each tortilla, top with a slice of turkey, chopped tomatoes and spinach.
- Roll up lightly, then wrap in plastic wrap
- Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Cut each roll into 1-in slices.
